Each day is a new day. Each new day
is an age.
With every new day comes a new age.
On
the previous entry page, you saw a symbol written in an ancient language called
Sanskrit.
The symbol is also located at the
bottom of this page. It represents the word 'Om'. The word encompasses the
meaning of, "the beginning and the end, the first and the last." The
translation that I mostly associate the word 'om' with, is, "my word is my
name". I wear an 'om' pendant to remind me about my thoughts, words, and actions all
being in alignment with truth. Now that I have explained that little tid-bit for those who
didn't already know I'll move on now...
At the
top of
the screen is a five pointed star encompassed by a circle. It is a
representation of 'human'. I'm sure we've all seen the
juxtaposed
man at some point in our lives (a scientific drawing of human including earthly
attributes). With the point of the star facing up, and in relation to the juxtaposed man,
it represents mind over matter and these five essential elements; spirit, air, water,
earth, and fire. The circle around the star represents infinity, eternity, and the cycles
of life and nature. The meaning of the symbol at the top of the screen in essence, is no
different than the symbol, yin-yang.
The image at the top of the screen, is indeed, a
pentagram.
My
faith consists of a combination of eastern and western philosophies, and
earthly and metaphysical science. The latest term to describe it is called New Age.
My belief system is shared with ¾ of the population of the world.
The following
pages of this journal are about my personal spiritual journey,
as well as my day to day thoughts and occurrences. The journal
contains writings about experiences and lessons that are the core foundation of
what has brought me to where I am today. The thoughts and philosophies I am sharing
with you from here, is for the purpose of all viewers to gain understanding of this
philosophy through my experience.
